In 2021, we partnered with Canaancare Services to challenge this paradigm, applying corporate HR principles to a non-traditional workforce segment to elevate their professional standing.</p>

The challenge was to transform an informal mindset into a formalized, professional approach without alienating the workers.</p>

Repositioning domestic work from an "informal hustle" to a respected professional service.

We designed and delivered a bespoke training program tailored specifically for domestic workers. The curriculum stripped away complex corporate jargon and focused on practical service excellence, personal branding, and communication. We introduced foundational HR concepts such as workplace conduct and ethical boundaries in a highly relatable, culturally grounded context.
